# How to create a driver profile


1. **Go to the Drivers Section**

    Navigate to the **Drivers** tab in your Linxio dashboard.

2. **Click “Add New Driver”**

    Start creating a new profile by clicking the **Add New Driver** button.

2. **Complete the Required Fields**

    Fill out all necessary details such as the driver’s name, contact info, and other relevant information.

2. **Optional: Link a Driver BLE Tag**

    If you’ve purchased **driver identification key fobs**, enter the **MAC ID** of the key fob in the field labeled **"Driver BLE Tag"** to link it to this driver.

2. **Click “Save”**

    Once saved, Linxio will automatically:
    
* Email login credentials to the driver
        
* Prompt them to set a password
        
* Guide them to download the **Linxio mobile app**
