# How to create a User Group

User Groups allows **Admin** users  to organize selected users & vehicles into specified groups for the purpose of company and user privacy. This feature allows **Admin users** to control what vehicles are accessible or visible to other users on their system.

### Creating a User Group

1. Click the **Configuration** icon
2. Select **User Groups**.
3. Click **Add User Group**.

### Setting up the User Group

* Name the user group by using the provided **Title** field.
* Select the users to be included in this group.
* Click **Save**.

* Click into the created newly created user group and click on **Vehicles**
* Clicking on the field underneath **Accessible Vehicles** you can control what vehicles can be visible for users in the group:
* Options available are:


**Any -** Allows the group to view all vehicles on your system.
**Vehicles -** Allow users to specify and allocate specific vehicles to the group for users to view and manage only.
**Groups -** Allows users to allocate a vehicle group for the user group to manage (Fleet Plus feature).
**Depots -** Allows users to allocate vehicle depot group for the user group to manage (Fleet Plus feature).

* Once the selection is made click on **Save.**
