# How to create Notifications

> **Note:** This feature is **not available** on the **Starter Plan**. If you would like access, please contact your account manager.

### How to Create a Notification

1. **Log in to your Linxio account** and navigate to the dashboard.

* **Scroll down** through the list of available notification types. Example: Select **Maximum Speed** to create a speeding alert.
* Click **New Notification** to begin.
* Enter a **Title** for your notification (e.g., *Speeding Alert – 100km/h*).
* In the **Vehicles** field, choose which vehicles this rule will apply to: **All Vehicles**, or **Specific Vehicle(s)** (select from the list).
* Adjust the **Notification Settings**: For Maximum Speed, enter the **speed limit** (e.g., *100 km/h*).You may also see other conditions depending on the type of notification selected.
* (Optional) If you only want this notification active on weekends, tick the **Weekend Only** checkbox.
* Choose the **Recipients** who will receive alerts.
* Once filled out and completed press Save.
