# How to enable or disable certain modules for User Groups

**Note:** This feature is available in the Plus Plan. If you would like access, please contact your account manager.

> ${color}[#ff0000](**Do not assign Admin users, or any users who need visibility of all vehicles, to a User Group, as this will restrict their access to only the vehicles within that group.**)

Customers on the **Fleet Plus** software plan have additional features concerning the use of **User Groups**.  **Admin** users can enable or disable what feature or modules are accessible to assigned users of that group.

For example: User Group A has the **Reports** module disabled as its not required for those users.


### Instructions


1. Log in to Linxio.
2. Click on **Configurations > User Groups.**
3. Click on the **User Group name** or the **Edit** icon to access that group's configurations.
4. If a **User Group** hasn't been created please refer to the following link on how to create one: [How to create a User Group](https://kb.linxio.com/en/article/how-to-create-a-user-group-1w0dp12/)

5. Locate and click on **Modules.**
6. Select whatever features listed underneath **Accessible Modules** to be enabled or disabled.
7. Finalise changes by clicking on **Save.**

You have successfully created a user group with specific modules enabled or disabled per your company requirements.
