# How to generate a report


> This feature is available in all plans. However, some plans only include access to a limited number of reports. If you need additional reporting options, please contact your account manager.*

Apart from monitoring your fleet on the map, Linxio provides powerful **reporting tools** to help you access detailed data on vehicle usage, driver behavior, fuel consumption, and more.

### How to Generate a Report

1. **Open the Reports Section**

* Find the **Reports icon** in the left toolbar and click on it.

2. **Select Report Type**

* Choose the type of report you want to generate — for example, **trip history**, **speeding**, or **idling**.

3. **Set the Date Range**

* Click in the **Date field**, select your desired date period, then click **Done**.
