# How to Schedule Reports


1. **Go to the Reports Section**

* Log into your Linxio dashboard and navigate to the **Reports** area.

2. **Generate the Report You Want**

* Choose the specific report you want to schedule (e.g., fuel usage, vehicle location, etc.).

2. **Click the Pink Calendar & Pen Icon**

* Look in the top right-hand corner of the report screen, just **below the pink gear icon**.
        
* Click the **Calendar & Pen icon** to start setting up your schedule.

4. **Click “Create New”**

* This opens a new scheduling form.

2. **Complete the Required Fields**

* Set the frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).
         
* Choose your preferred time and format.
        
* Enter the email address(es) of the recipients.

2. **Click “Save”**

* Your scheduled report is now set up and will be automatically sent to you.
