# How to view Real-time Video

1. Log into **FT Cloud**.
2. From the left-hand side menu click on **Live View** > **Vehicle Monitoring** which a map screen will be displayed alongside a list of your current vehicles.
3. Use your mouse cursor to hover over any vehicle from the list that has it status icon ${color}[#00ff33](green )or ${color}[#ff0000](red)${color}[#ffffff](.)
4. On the right hand side of the registration hover your mouse over the 3 dot icon to expand the menu.
5. Click on the **Real-Time Video** option.

**I cannot view live video for a vehicle with the ${color}[#fbff00](yellow) status icon?**

**The Real-Time Video** feature is not available for vehicles in **Sleep Mode** denoted by the yellow status icon. Users can **remotely wake up** the device through the platform to view the real-time video in the case of emergencies by following the below tutorial:

**I cannot view live video for a vehicle with the grey status icon?**

The grey status icon denotes the device is **Offline** due a number of reasons meaning the real-time video feature is not available.

Users can contact our support team for more information concerning devices reporting **Offline** for their account.
