# Linxio Mobile APP Starter Guide

### Introduction

On this page you'll be introduced to the Linxio Mobile App that include quick links to in-depth step by step guides and tutorials on how to get started with setting up and using the mobile application hassle free.

We highly recommend users to take the time to read through each of the below curated articles to improve your understanding of the features provided by the mobile app to better your user experience and improve your productivity when utilising this tool:

### Prerequisites

**NOTE: Please ensure the below checklist has been completed before proceeding further to the Tutorials section**


1. Your designated admin of your Linxio portal has created you a user account for access. If this hasn't been completed then admins can refer to the following link on how to add and set up new users for their portal: [How to add new users on Linxio](https://kb.linxio.com/en/article/how-to-add-users-1b29zhs/)

2. Received an automated email from our system to finalise the set up of the account by creating a password. If the email hasn't been received please advise your portal admin to confirm whether the email address used is correct and if the issue still persists please refer to the **Contact Us** section to reach out.
3. Once the password has been set, proceed to download the Linxio Mobile App on your mobile phone, links provided below for iOS and Android devices:

4. Review the **Basic Use** section for general use tutorials.
