# PM500 Installation Guide

## 1. Package Contents
* TLW2-12B GPS Tracker
* Electrical Harness
* (Optional accessories: relay, panic button, BLE sensors, etc.)

## 2. Device Overview
* **Top side**: Label with IMEI, QR code, battery info.
* **Ports**: 12-pin connector for power and I/O.
* **LEDs**: Indicate GNSS, network, and power (turn off after 8 min).

## 3. Wiring the Device

| 1 | Red | VIN (+7–60V) |
| 2 | Black | GND (-) |
| 3 | White | ACC (Ignition) |
| 4 | Blue | DIN1 |
| 5 | Orange | DIN2 |

| 7 | Purple | DIN4 |
| 8 | Pink | DIN5 |
| 9 | Green | DOUT0 |
| 10 | Brown | DOUT1 |
| 11 | Yello | DOUT2 |
| 12 | Gray | Vout (5/12V) |
1. Connect **Red** to vehicle battery **+**.
2. Connect **Black** to chassis ground **-**.
3. Connect **White** to ignition (ACC) wire.
4. Optional: Connect I/Os as required (e.g., relay, sensors).
5. Secure harness nut tightly to avoid water ingress.

## 4. Mounting the Device
* Place with **label facing the sky** (antenna upwards).
* Position near windshield/dashboard for best GPS signal.
* Avoid metal obstructions, moving parts, or heat sources.
* Fix securely with **cable ties**, **double-sided tape**, or **screws**.
* Device can tilt up to **45°** but top must face upward.

## 5. Power On & Test
1. Reconnect power to the vehicle.
2. Turn ignition ON.
3. Check LEDs to confirm connection.
4. Log in to tracking platform and verify device is reporting location.
