# Standard Login

## How to Log In to the Linxio Mobile App

### Step 1: Download the Linxio App

1. Open the [App Store (iPhone)](https://apps.apple.com/au/app/linxio/id1504048898) or [Google Play Store (Android)](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.linxio.mobile&hl=en_AU&gl=US)
2. Search for **Linxio**.
3. Tap **Install** and wait for the app to download.

### Step 2: Open the App

1. Once installed, tap the **Linxio** app icon on your phone.
2. The login screen will appear.

### Step 3: Enter Your Login Details

1. Enter your **email address** (this must be the email registered to your Linxio account).
2. Enter your **password**.
3. Tap **Log In**.

## Troubleshooting Login Issues

### Forgotten Password

1. On the login screen, tap **Forgot Password**.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.

### Incorrect Email or Password

* Ensure:
    * There are no spelling errors
    * Caps Lock is turned off
    * You are using the correct registered email

### App Not Loading or Crashing

* Try the following:
    * Close and reopen the app
    * Update the app to the latest version
    * Restart your phone
