Digital Form
Digital Forms—also referred to as Pre-Start Inspection Forms—are highly versatile and can be used for much more than just pre-start checks.
Upon logging in, you may be prompted to complete a Pre-Start Inspection form for a specific vehicle or asset. This form typically appears immediately upon login:

Typical features of an inspection form include:
Title – Clearly indicates the purpose of the form.
Description – Briefly explains the form or section.
Options – Response choices, often including a “Fail” condition.
Progress Bar – Shows how far along you are in the form.
Next Button – Navigates to the following question.
Note: Questions that include a checklist cannot be skipped and must be completed to proceed.
The second type of digital form is called an Always Visible form. These are accessible at any time from the main Dashboard:

These forms can be used for regular reporting, incident logs, audits, or any other tasks that require frequent access.
