Digital Form
Digital Forms, or (Pre-Start) Inspection Forms are completely versatile and not limited to a simple pre-start inspection form.
Upon logging in, you may be asked to complete a Pre-Start Inspection form on the vehicle, or asset. Usually this will pop up straight away as you login:
Notice most inspection forms will have a Title (1), Description (2), Options (3) (most likely with a Fail condition) a Progress Bar (4) and a button to move onto the Next question (5).
Please note, any questions that have a checklist CANNOT be skipped.
The second type of Digital Form is called an "Always Visible" - and this can be accessed from the Dashboard at any given time:
