Driver Allocation to Vehicles

Instructions



  1. Open the Linxio Mobile APP, input your username (email) & the password that you set then tap Sign In.





  1. Once logged in, users can manually logout from the app by tapping on the More module and selecting either Logout or Logout and unassign from X vehicle.
  2. Dual access Admins or Managers can seamlessly switch between both logins by tapping the switch to Admin/Driver option respectively.






  1. Users can see current or pre-assigned vehicles underneath the Current vehicle section.
  2. There are options to Modify start time or Remove active car allocation to their user.
  3. Tapping the Search icon allows drivers to view the list of available vehicles to be paired to.
  4. Click on Next to continue after vehicle selection.



  1. You'll be re-directed to your vehicle's dashboard and have completed the allocation of your user to a vehicle.
  2. Tapping on the Swap icon outlined by the red box will allow drivers to quickly assign themselves to other available vehicles.
