How to use Dual access Login for Linxio Mobile App

Note: This feature applies to Admin or Manager users who have also been set up to login as a driver through the mobile app. Portal administrators can enable this option for the these specific users per the below screenshot by clicking " **Configurations **" on the left-hand side and then " **Users **".

Step 1: Download the Linxio App

1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Andriod)
2. Search for Linxio.
3. Tap Install and wait for the app to download.

Step 2: Open the App

1. Once installed, tap the Linxio app icon on your phone.
2. The login screen will appear.

Step 3: Enter Your Login Details

1. Enter your email address (this must be the email registered to your Linxio account).
2. Enter your password.
3. Pick Admin or Driver.

4. You can freely switch between account types by clicking on the "More" Icon in your application and selecting the "Switch to X". X being Admin, Manager or driver depending on your account you're currently logged into.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Forgotten Password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.

Incorrect Email or Password

• Ensure:
• • There are no spelling errors
  • Caps Lock is turned off
  • You are using the correct registered email

App Not Loading or Crashing

• Try the following:
• • Close and reopen the app
  • Update the app to the latest version
  • Restart your phone
