FT Vision Mobile Set-up Guide

This is a user guide on how to install and set up the FT Vision mobile application for IOS and Android devices.

NOTE: Please ensure the following has been completed before proceeding further:

You’ve received your login details and web-site link for the FT Cloud web-based platform.

Downloaded the FT Vision mobile app.

You should now be able to login into the mobile app version called FT Vision by doing the following:

IOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ft-vision/id1628979564

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.streamax.ftus&hl=en&gl=US

Downloading and opening this app will ask you to input the server IP which you want to connect to access your dashcams. In this case please input ap-ftcloud.ifleetvision.com as shown below and hit "Confirm"

The page will change and prompt you to select whether your a manager or driver which in your case it'll always be selecting " I am a manager " option which will redirect you to the below page. This is where you’ll input your username and password which should have been emailed to you separately when the system was set up and please note this may not be the same as your Linxio login details.

Once you successfully login the default page will be on " Alarm Notifications " and " Alarm Type " which is the tab where you want to view all your alerts that have been triggered by your cameras.

Navigate to the "Monitor" tab which is located on the bottom toolbar of your app. Here it'll compile a list of your vehicles which have cameras installed and this can be filtered as all, online and alarm but for this example you use the search bar to enter a specific REGO or switch to the "Online" tab to filter your list accordingly.

Once you found your vehicle and if the vehicle is currently in "Active" or "Online" status then you'll be able to select the vehicle which will direct you to the below page. From here you can select CH1 or CH2 to view and after some time it'll load the live footage accordingly.

You can also scroll down from this page to view more information such as current vehicle status and vehicle information as shown below:

Live-stream monitoring
Please note that a device will go into " Sleep " mode when its not actively in use and the vehicle will be listed as “ Offline ” status on the mobile application meaning your unable to communicate or request to view live footage.

A " Remote device wake-up " can be done only through the website version of FT Cloud which will put the device back to " Online" status allowing you to view the camera streams then and there.
