How to view camera on mobile app



View Camera on FT Vision App


  1. Make sure to Download and install FT Vision - Guide here
  2. Login using FT Cloud Login credentials[

Navigate to the "Monitor" tab which is located on the bottom toolbar of your app. Here it'll compile a list of your vehicles which have cameras installed and this can be filtered as all, online and alarm but for this example you use the search bar to enter a specific REGO or switch to the "Online" tab to filter your list accordingly.




Once you found your vehicle and if the vehicle is currently in "Active" or "Online" status then you'll be able to select the vehicle which will direct you to the below page. From here you can select CH1 or CH2 to view and after some time it'll load the live footage accordingly.


You can also scroll down from this page to view more information such as current vehicle status and vehicle information as shown below:



Please note that a device will go into " **Sleep **" mode when its not actively in use and the vehicle will be listed as “ **Offline **” status on the mobile application meaning your unable to communicate or request to view live footage.

A " Remote device wake-up " can be done only through the website version of FT Cloud which will put the device back to " Online" status allowing you to view the camera streams then and there.
