How to view Real-time Video for Vision 3.0/Lite Dashcams on FT Cloud

Note: Before proceeding with this guide, please ensure you have your login details for the FT Cloud web-based platform ready to go. If you haven't received or unable to login into the FT Cloud platform, please lodge a support ticket with our Support team your Linxio dashboard or alternatively contact them via 02 7908 5453 within our business hours of 9 AM - 5 PM AEST to get this sorted.

Viewing Real-time video

1. From the Dashboard, select “ **Live View **” from the list on the left-hand side and then the “ **Vehicle Monitoring **” module which will update your screen to display a vehicle/fleet list and a map
2. Please check that the status of the vehicle denoted by the coloured circle beside the name of the vehicle is " green " which indicates the vehicle is active and driving as this is required for this feature to work.

3. Click and hover your mouse cursor over the desired registration to bring up 3 additional options then move your cursor over the icon circled below and then select the “ **Real-time Video **” option which opens up the video player on the bottom right hand side display live footage of all applicable channels from your device.
