Prerequisites
NOTE: Please ensure the below checklist has been completed before proceeding further to the Tutorials section
- Your designated admin of your Linxio portal has created you a user account for access. If this hasn't been completed then admins can refer to the following link on how to add and set up new users for their portal: How to add new users on Linxio
- Received an automated email from our system to finalise the set up of the account by creating a password. If the email hasn't been received please advise your portal admin to confirm whether the email address used is correct and if the issue still persists please refer to the Contact Us section to reach out.
- Once the password has been set, proceed to download the Linxio Mobile App on your mobile phone, links provided below for iOS and Android devices:
- Review the Basic Use section for general use tutorials.
- Proceed to either Admin & Manager or Driver for specialised tutorials depending on your account type.
