How to reset a password
If you have forgotten your password, or simply want to change it, please follow the below steps.
- Visit https://app.linxio.com/
- Click on the "Forgot Password?" link
- Type in the email address that is registered with a Linxio account
- Click "Reset password"
Once you complete these steps, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder.
For a newly created account, use the password-reset prompt sent to the registered email address to complete the initial setup.
