How to update vehicle odometer

🚗 Initial Setup

When GPS devices are first installed in vehicles, you must manually enter the initial odometer reading. This ensures the system calculates mileage accurately from that point onward.

Note: Over time, slight variances may occur between the GPS-calculated odometer and the actual vehicle odometer due to various factors (e.g., signal accuracy, tire size). To maintain accuracy, it's important to periodically update the odometer reading.

🔄 How to Update the Odometer Value

Go to the Fleet page

Navigate to the Fleet module in the menu.

Select the vehicle

Click on the RegNo of the vehicle you wish to update.

Open the Specification tab

Select the Specification tab in the vehicle's profile.

Select History

Delete all previous History


Click the pencil icon ✏️ next to the current mileage.



Enter the updated odometer reading and click Save.

✅ Your odometer value is now updated and will be used as the new base for ongoing mileage tracking.
