Linxio Android App - Clearing Storage & Cache
We update the Android app frequently, but sometimes, this doesn't go as smoothly.
Please follow the steps below to resolve any issues with the Linxio app.
Before you start, please ensure your mobile firmware is updated to Android 13
In this step, we will look at wiping all data associated with the Linxio app from the phone. This helps us achieve a "fresh start" to a new Linxio App.
Find the Linxio app in your app drawer, then, long hold on the icon until it brings up a menu:

Click on App Info - you should then see the Linxio App information screen. Next, we're going to click on "Storage & cache"

First, select "Clear cache", (1) then, select "Clear storage" (2)

Then, go back to the app page again, and click Uninstall

Once these steps are completed, go back to the App store and Download Linxio again, with the same credentials you use on the web.
