Vision 3.0 & Lite Dashcam Troubleshoot Guide
Understanding the status LEDs
- Access the main unit mounted on the windscreen in the driver cabin.
- Check the status icons located below, they are from left to right; power, alarms, satellite , network connection, WIFI, recording.
- Icons are colour coded in either green, red or grey to indicate the current status.
- Power and WIFI should always be green to indicate its receiving power and WIFI is enabled.
- If the network (globe) icon is red this means its not connected to the network and indicates a connectivity issue.
- Alarm, satellite and recording will be greyed by default and will occasionally turn red in certain conditions and events.
Basic Troubleshooting
- Check the status LEDs to see if they are active to indicate the device is receiving power.
- Check for any sort of damage with the main unit.
- Ensure all wiring and cables from the main unit are secured and undamaged.
