Asset Trackers (AT12/S/V2)
All Asset Trackers come pre-activated upon Dispatch.
Solar Asset Trackers need to be fully charged first prior to use, please use the included USB magnetic cable to attach to the device and charge at least for 12 hours prior use (or until all the red lights stop flashing on the device).

If you do not see red light flashing, please use a T5 screw to carefully remove the backplate, check to make sure the power switch is ON, and check there is a SIM card in the slot, and if there is, clean the SIM card.
Sometimes during dispatch the SIM card may become dirty (oils from skin, etc.) in this case you should try to "clean" the sim card.
To remove:

Turn off the Device
Open the sim card slot
Remove the Sim Card
Wipe Sim card (on cloth)
Reinsert the Sim card
Turn on the Device
Ensure that the lights on the Device are Solid.
If there are lights on the device, you may need to first Pair the Device to a Vehicle Profile
Pair a Device to a Vehicle
If it is paired, there are lights on the device and it is still not online, and you've followed ALL the steps above, please contact Support.
