How to change and update an existing vehicle profile

By default, the Map Module displays vehicle icons using their RegNo and Title.

Example:

You want to change the vehicle titled "Linxio19 Linxio19" to "Linxio 19 John Doe's Truck".

You want to change the vehicle icon displayed from a car to a Truck

Go to the Fleet Module

• Click on the Fleet icon in the menu.

Select the Vehicle

• Look for the vehicle by its current RegNo (e.g., “Linxio19”).

Open the General Tab

• Once the vehicle details are open, click on the General section.

Edit Vehicle Information

• Update either:
• Type: changes the vehicle icon displayed on map based on selection.
• RegNo – the vehicle’s registration number.
• Vehicle Title – the custom title displayed on the map.
• If the tracker is being moved to a different vehicle, update the vehicle profile with the new vehicle information, including its registration number and vehicle type. The tracker can remain active on the account while these profile details are changed.

Click Save

• This will update your changes immediately.
