How to Contact the Linxio Support Team
e’ve updated the way we handle support at Linxio to make it easier, faster, and more transparent for everyone.
Instead of emailing us directly like before, all support now goes through the Linxio app using either a support ticket or live chat.
Why we moved away from email support
The old system of emailing support had its limits. It was hard to track issues, easy to lose threads, and there was no real visibility for you or our team.
Now with the new system:
- You can track and manage your tickets in one place
- You’ll always know what’s happening with your issue
- We can respond faster, without things getting missed or duplicated
Option 1: Submit a Support Ticket
Use this when the issue needs proper tracking or a deeper look.
Good for:
- Software not working as expected
- Device problems
- System bugs or server issues
- Anything that needs a proper follow-up
How to submit a ticket:
- Log in to your Linxio account
- On the left-hand menu, click the question mark icon
- Click Submit a Support Ticket
- Fill in the details, and hit send
You’ll be able to see your ticket status, add updates, and get notified as we work on it.
Option 2: Use the Live Chat
This one’s for quick, simple stuff.
Good for:
- “How do I…” type questions
- Basic troubleshooting
- Anything that doesn’t need a ticket
Where to find it:
- Bottom right corner of the Linxio app
- Click the chat icon and start typing
We’ll reply as soon as we can. If it turns out the issue needs more than a quick chat, we’ll help convert it into a ticket from our end.
What if I still email support?
If you send an email, you’ll get an auto-reply letting you know we’ve moved everything into the app. The idea here is to make sure nothing gets missed, and every issue goes through one clean, trackable system.
