How to create a vehicle inspection plan

Using vehicle inspection plans for your fleet ensures safer and more productive vehicles. These inspections are fully customizable and can be used to:

Check vehicle roadworthiness
Ensure drivers and passengers adhere to company policies

How to Create a Vehicle Inspection Plan

Navigate to: Fleet > Inspection Forms
By default, a template is available, but you can also create your own.
For this example, we will use the template:

Click the pencil icon (Edit) next to the inspection plan.

Update the Title to name the inspection plan.

Add a Description to clarify the purpose of the plan.

Set the Frequency to define when drivers should complete the inspection.

Specify Scope: Choose which vehicles this plan applies to. Select "Any" to apply to all vehicles.

Additional Scope: Select the area where the plan should be available. Choose "Any" if it should be accessible everywhere.

Customizing Questions & Answers

Click on each question in the list to edit the title, description, and answers as needed.
Once all changes are made, click Save.

Final Step: Enable Driver Access

Before drivers can complete the inspection form, they need driver profiles to log into the Linxio mobile app.
