How to Archive a Vehicle Registration in Linxio

Step 1: Log in to Linxio

1. Open your browser and go to https://app.linxio.com/ and enter your username & password.
2. Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to edit vehicles/registrations.
3. Once logged in, you’ll see the dashboard and left‑hand menu with modules such as Devices, Fleet, Vehicles, Reports etc.

Step 2: Locate the Vehicle Registration to Archive

1. From the left menu, navigate Fleet.
2. Use the search bar to find the vehicle by its registration number (rego) or vehicle name.
3. To archive on the right of the page there will be a archive feature, you can also delete the Registration completely.
