📖 Guide: How to Update an Existing Tracker in Linxio

Step 1: Log in

• Go to [https://app.linxio.com]()
• Enter your username and password, then click Login.

Step 2: Go to Devices

• From the left-hand side menu, click Devices.
• A full list of your trackers will appear.

Step 3: Search for the Tracker

• Use the search bar at the top to quickly find the tracker.
• You can search by:
• • Serial number
  • IMEI number
  • Vehicle registration (Rego)
  • Device/Asset name

Step 4: Open Tracker Details

• Click on the tracker you want to update & go to vehicle.
• A details window or sidebar will open showing the tracker’s information.

Step 5: Edit Tracker Information

You can now update details such as:

• Make/Model – Change the asset.
• Registration Number (Regno) – Update the vehicle’s rego.
• Driver Assignment – Assign a new driver.
• Group/Depot - Assign the tracker to a group or depot

Step 6: Save Changes

• Once edits are complete, click Save (usually at the bottom right).
• The tracker will now show with the updated information across reports, live map, and notifications.
