How to view completed inspection forms

NOTE: The features mentioned in this article requires the Fleet Plus software plan.


Driver users on the Fleet Plus software plan may be required to complete vehicle pre-start or inspection forms via the Linxio mobile app.


Completed forms are logged in the Reports module under the Summary category, where Admin or Manager users can access them via the web platform for review.



Instructions


To view completed inspection forms on the Linxio portal.


  1. Log in to Linxio platform
  2. Click on Reports > Vehicle inspections




  1. The report will automatically display any completed inspection forms completed in the last 7 days.
  2. Users can click on the date box to select specific time ranges to view any completed forms historically over selected time periods.
  3. View the status of the form i.e. pass or fail, date of completion and by who alongside how long it took them (duration).
  4. Clicking on the checklist icon will bring up a digital copy of the completed form.




  1. Scroll through and view completed responses of driver pertaining to the form.
  2. Check which items have failed.
  3. Click Download to export a copy of the form to your local PC or Laptop.




Frequently Asked Questions



I don't see any records of completed inspection forms from x date.


The Vehicle inspection forms feature requires the following:


  1. The account requires the Fleet Plus software plan.
  2. Driver users created and using the mobile app for manual vehicle allocation and inspection forms.
  3. Inspection forms created on your Linxio portal.
  4. Said inspection forms are successfully completed from driver's end.

Can Admin or Managers be notified when forms are not completed or has failed?



Yes, web-based users are able to set up the Failed inspection and Digital form is not completed notification on their portal to monitor this accordingly.
