This article will show customers how to view current/historical routes and how to generate a Visual Route Summary from the " Map " module.
First, ensure you are on the " Map " module per the below screenshot, then start by selecting the desired vehicle you would to access and view the route data for:

A trip break-down will be displayed underneath the " Date " box where any numbered grey colour square indicates the start and stop of a trip while the green and white car icon between this indicates the in-transit/travel time of that trip in terms of travel duration and kilometres logged. When looking at " Routes " you may notice a Speed and status graph underneath the map portion of the screen which displays a few things to note; how long a vehicle remains in a particular state i.e. idling, driving or stopped and the speed recorded by the device when the vehicle was driving that specific trip. Lastly, hovering your mouse cursor over any instance of activity can give you a partial play by play of the route where you can see it play back as you hover your cursor along the graph i.e. over the green portion of the graph which indicates " Driving " activity.

If you would like to view any historical route information you may do so by clicking on the date box which brings up the calendar where you can select your preferred date and time ranges. There are pre-set options on the left-hand side or you can freely select your date ranges by clicking on dates starting from and ending to also, times can be specified if you would like to narrow down and view specific trips or routes logged at those times. Once your selection is made simply click on the purple " Done " button then click on the white " OK " button for the system to update and pull on display all applicable routes completed per your specifications.

After a brief delay, a new tab will automatically pop-up and load the summary in question. You can zoom in and out of the map in the digital copy of the summary while the entire trip breakdown will be list beneath the snapshot.

At the end of each summary will be a statistical breakdown of items such as total distance travelled, total driving time & stopped time, excessive idling, starting odometer before trip commenced and lastly ending odometer after trip has been completed.
