How to Login to FT Cloud via Linxio

Note: This feature is only available to customers who have purchased the Vision 3.0 or Lite dashcam devices.

Users are able to seamlessly login into the FT Cloud streaming & management platforms for their dashcams within their Linxio portal.

Instructions

1. Open the FT Cloud web-based platform directly at https://ap-ftcloud.ifleetvision.com/login, or access it through your Linxio portal by clicking the Cameras module.
2. Enter the FT Cloud username and password provided for your account and click Log in. These credentials are separate from your Linxio login details. For a newly created account, use the password-reset prompt sent to the registered email address to complete the initial setup, then sign in with the new password.

3. Complete the security verification puzzle and follow the instructions to finalise login.

4. Users can also download the FT Vision app on their device and sign in using the same FT Cloud account credentials. Refer to: FT Vision Mobile Set-up Guide for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Cameras module is not visible on my Linxio portal.

My login details do not work

FT Cloud uses a separate login from the Linxio platform please reach out to Linxio Support to have those credentials resent alongside instructions to finalise your access.
