How to set up FT Vision mobile and login

This is a user guide on how to install and set up the FT Vision mobile application for iOS and Android devices, then access dashcam features on your phone. FT Vision is separate login from the Linxio platform.

NOTE: Please ensure the following:

1. FT Cloud login details received and password set up on web portal. Please refer to FT Cloud web portal login
2. Downloaded the FT Vision mobile app.

Instructions

1. Download and install FT Vision on your mobile device.
2. Input ap-ftcloud.ifleetvision.com in the Server IP field then tap Confirm to continue.

3. Select whether you're a Manager or Driver account to continue.

4. Input your FT Cloud credentials in the Username & Password fields then tap LOGIN

5. The screen will automatically redirect the user to the Alarms tab which confirms login has been successful.

Frequently Asked Questions

My login credentials are not recognized or is incorrect.

Please ensure that:

1. You've set up your FT Cloud login credentials which are separate from your Linxio login.
2. You've logged in once to the FT Cloud web portal to update your password.

The Server IP is not recognised

Please check that the server is https://ap-ftcloud.ifleetvision.com ensuring there are no captials, spaces or typos.
