How to view Real-time Video

1. Log into FT Cloud.
2. From the left-hand side menu click on Live View > Vehicle Monitoring which a map screen will be displayed alongside a list of your current vehicles.
3. Use your mouse cursor to hover over any vehicle from the list that has it status icon greenor red.
4. On the right hand side of the registration hover your mouse over the 3 dot icon to expand the menu.
5. Click on the Real-Time Video option.

Frequently Asked Questions

I cannot view live video for a vehicle with the yellow status icon?

The Real-Time Video feature is not available for vehicles in Sleep Mode denoted by the yellow status icon. Users can remotely wake up the device through the platform to view the real-time video in the case of emergencies by following the below tutorial:

The grey status icon denotes the device is Offline due a number of reasons meaning the real-time video feature is not available.
