How to remote wake up devices

1. From the left hand side click Live View > Vehicle Monitoring.
2. From the vehicle list, hover your mouse cursor over the device or named vehicle that is in Sleep Mode.
3. Hover your mouse cursor over the icon with the 3 dots and select the " Device wake-up " option.

A message will pop-up to inform you that the wake up request was successful. It'll take around 1-2 minutes for the device for the device to back " Online " indicated by the green circle where you can view real-time video, view and clip historical footage from the SD card during this time which by default is set to 5 minutes.

The wake-up timer is too short , can we increase this?

Please reach out to our Support team if you would like to configure the dashcam to remain on for longer periods of time when ignition off or from wake-up.

I did the remote device wake-up but the device isn't going " Online " after 1-2 minutes.

This can be affected by strength of cellular reception. Users may experience longer wait times if the device is in weak reception areas.

I cannot remotely wake up this device on my system, the status icon is greyed out

Remote device wake-up is only applicable to devices that are in Sleep Mode.A greyed out status icon indicates the device is offline due to a number of reasons which can include the following:

• The vehicle has a battery isolator which cuts all power to all accessories connected to the vehicle when the switch is ON and its not being used.
• The device has lost power due to an underlying issue or fault.
• The device has power but is not connected nor reporting to the platform which may indicate a network issue in some cases.
